Let´s Go

I had long planned to travel once again to the west of the USA and wanted to take more time than just 2-3 weeks. Thus, I had in my head rather 5-6 weeks and to make the trip even more special, I asked my parents if they do not want to come. They were directly on fire, but 6 weeks? But that was only a temporary issue, as both will be retired by then.
That was at the end of 2018.

So the task was clear. Six weeks USA West in September 2020.

Well, we all know what happened next. So planning was postponed to 2021, but even then it became clear very quickly that that wouldn’t work either.

In 2022 the time had come. And because it's very unlikely that my parents will be going to the USA again, I naturally also planned New York.

So that meant booking flights as early as possible (October 2021) and thus fixing the travel time.

In the further planning it was then: all or nothing ;-)

Now it was 10 months of anticipation.
